Yes. Our greenhouses are specifically designed for South African weather conditions. Our UV-treated twin-wall polycarbonate panels withstand strong sun, wind, hail, and cold weather while providing insulation and light diffusion for optimal plant growth.

Yes. A solid and level foundation is essential for stability and longevity. Our greenhouse base frame can be secured to concrete, brick, pavers or a perimeter foundation, or buried directly into a soil base. We supply both an anchor kit/anchor legs in our shop to secure your greenhouse frame to a built foundation or directly into the soil.

Yes. All our greenhouses are supplied as DIY kits designed for easy assembly. No special tools are required, and each greenhouse comes with a detailed assembly manual with step-by-step instructions and all tools necessary

Yes. We can assist with installation in major cities and surrounding areas, including Cape Town, Johannesburg & Pretoria. We can also offer installation services in other areas - please contact us for more information and our availability.

We do also provide virtual assistance via video, whatsapp or phone call if needed.

Yes. Sun exposure, wind direction, drainage, and access are key considerations. You are welcome to contact us for guidance before purchasing.

Assembly time varies depending on the size of the greenhouse and DIY experience level. On average, smaller models can be assembled in a day, while larger models may take a weekend.

Once your order is placed and payment has been received, delivery takes between 3 - 5 working days depending on your location and products ordered.

Yes, most rural and remote areas are serviced; however, we reserve the right to re-quote or refund orders if delivery to a specific area is not possible or delivery costs exceed our standard pricing. We will contact you should we have issues delivering to your location.

We work with local couriers such as The Courier Guy & Freight Innovations to deliver nation wide and throughout Southern Africa. Our greenhouses are delivered in multiple large flat-packed boxes.

Our greenhouse frames are powder-coated aluminium. The base of the greenhouse is powder-coated galvanised steel. The panels twin-walled polycarbonate that are lightweight, durable, shatter-resistant, UV-treated, and provide better insulation and light diffusion than glass.

We recommend regular cleaning of panels with a mild soap mixture and soft cloth as to not damage the UV coating on the outside of the panels. Regularly checking bolts and fixings, and ensuring anchors remain secure.

Yes. Replacement panels and parts are available. Please contact us with your model details and part numbers for replacement.

Yes. Our greenhouses include a manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials. The warranty does not cover weather related damage or damage from incorrect installation.

Returns are subject to our refund policy and must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order. For your refund to be approved your order must be unused and in its original packaging.

Yes all prices include 15% VAT. Please contact us if you would like a Tax Invoice including your VAT number.
